Prior Expert Experience
150 cases including expert report, deposition, court testimony in Federal, State Courts and Arbitrations. Presentations to the U.S. HHS OIG, three retentions by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of Transportation. To date, a Chief U.S. District Judge, two U.S. District Judges, State Judges, and Arbitrators denied motions to exclude Arrigo or consented to a stipulations of Arrigo’s expert qualifications. The U.S. Court of Appeals considered my opinions as adduced in an appellant attorney’s Defendant-Appellant brief and subsequently reversed a lower court.
