Eligibility Requirements:

• • Organization must be based in Northern California
  • Organization must directly serve low-income and/or underserved individuals
  • Organization is seeking non-litigation legal assistance
  • Organization must demonstrate that it is unable to afford legal counsel without impacting its services

Questions to Consider Before Completing the Application: 

• • Have you received CORP assistance within the last 2 years?
  • Has there been any change in your annual budget? If yes, does it impact your organization’s ability to pay for legal services?
  • Have there been any changes to your mission or the communities you serve?
