Mark Conrad, Conrad & Metlitzky; Marie Ma, Gap Inc; and Andrew McDevitt, Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger, were all honored with Outstanding Barrister Awards at the 2016 Annual Membership Luncheon in December.

Conrad was recognized for his numerous leadership roles within the Barristers Club, including as Litigation Section executive committee member, vice chair and chair. He also served as president of the Barristers Club in 2014 and continues to take part in club outreach efforts.

Ma was recognized for her long time dedication to the Justice & Diversity Center’s Mock Trial program. She also actively encouraged junior in-house attorneys to get more involved in the legal community.

McDevitt was recognized for his work associated with the BASF Delegation to the California Conference of Delegates. In 2015, he served as the BASF Delegation chair where led one of the largest delegations in conference history. He also served as a Litigation Section executive committee member and volunteered as a Mock Trial coach over the years.
