The ABA’s Labor and Employment Law Section represents all perspectives – management, union, plaintiff, neutral, and public – on labor and employment law. With more than 22,000 members, the section facilitates a balanced discussion of employment issues via its many standing committees, all dedicated to emerging legal issues and serving as a major force behind developments in labor and employment law
