The Barristers Club recently announced that Fenwick & West’s Sebastian Kaplan has been named the 2015 Outstanding Barrister.

His dedication to the club over the years has been steadfast and includes several leadership roles. He served as a leader of the Professional Development Section from 2007-2012, president of the 2013 Barristers Board of Directors, and has been instrumental in recruiting several current Barristers board members and section leaders.

Kaplan played a key role in bringing the Barristers Annual Meeting from Professional Development Week to an all-day conference in 2011. He is still active with the event and single-handedly planned this year’s judges panel.
