The Justice & Diversity Center held its annual Bay Area Minority Law Student Scholarship reception in September at Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass. This year $30,000 in scholarships were awarded to five diverse students attending Bay Area law schools.

This year’s scholarship recipients and donors are: Guadalupe Aguirre, Pacific Gas and Electric Company Scholarship; Chris Ballard, AT&T/Say Hey Foundation Scholarship; Christina Fletes, Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass Scholarship; Lidia Lopez, BASF’s Lawyer Referral & Information Service 2013 Fund Scholarship; and Angelo Villarreal, Morrison & Foerster Foundation scholarship.
