Past President To Chair ABA Section
BASF’s 1996 President Mark Schickman, Freeland Cooper & Foreman, will take on the role of chair of the ABA’s Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities in September. The section aims to raise and address often complex and difficult civil rights and civil liberties issues in a changing and diverse society; and ensure that protection of individual rights remains a focus of legal and policy decisions.
Leaders Circle Firms Named to Best Law Firms for Diversity List
BASF Leader Circle firms Littler Mendelson and Schiff Hardin were both listed in Vault’s top ten law firms for diversity. Schiff Hardin took the number one spot in the Diversity for Women category and took number two spot for Diversity for Minorities and Littler Mendelson took the number one spot for Diversity for Minorities.
