BASF member Yana Welinder is Legal Director at Wikimedia Foundation, a nonprofit charitable organization that operates some of the largest collaboratively edited reference projects in the world, including Wikipedia, a top ten internet property.

Yana is a graduate of the University of Southern California Law School and also received her L.L.M. from Harvard Law School.
