The Justice & Diversity Center (JDC) welcomes Taylor Pospichel back as a staff attorney at the Homeless Advocacy Project (HAP). Pospichel worked at HAP as a legal advocate, then staff attorney, before becoming a senior staff attorney at the Eviction Defense Collaborative.

At HAP, Pospichel will provide full-scope legal representation to low-income tenants in unlawful detainer proceedings, managing a full caseload at all stages of litigation.

Pospichel received her B.A. at George Washington University and earned her J.D. at UC Hastings College of the Law.
