The Justice & Diversity Center’s (JDC) Homeless Advocacy Project (HAP) recently welcomed Alex Connolly as its new paralegal/tenant advocate.
Connolly is responsible for providing support to HAP attorneys in eviction defense cases, including administrative support, preparation of documents, drafting discovery and interviewing witnesses.

He will also assist with tenant outreach and education.
Prior to joining HAP, Connolly was a child welfare policy assistant at the Association of Community Human Service Agencies. He also worked as a bilingual crisis counselor at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Center-Suicide Prevention Center.
Connolly received his B.A. in Philosophy and Literature at Stanford University.
