Former San Francisco supervisor Katy Tang joined BASF Leader Circle firm Farella Braun + Martel, the Daily Journal reported on January 7. Tang joins the firm’s land use team, headed by Steve Vettel.

During her six years as supervisor, representing the Sunset and Parkside neighborhoods, Tang spearheaded HOME-SF, a program aimed at incentivizing low- and middle-income housing in SF. Prior to her service on the Board of Supervisors, Tang was Supervisor Carmen Chu’s legislative aide and a staffer in then-Mayor Newsom’s office.
