Longtime members of BASF’s Lawyer Referral and Information Service’s Court Dependency Panel, Jill McInerney and Andrea Goodman are well respected leaders and tireless advocates for due process, quality legal representation, and full funding statewide for court-appointed counsel for indigent parents and children served by Dependency Courts.
