The San Francisco Board of Supervisors approved the appointment of BASF member Damali A. Taylor, O’Melveny & Myers, to the city’s Police Commission.

The mission of the Police Commission is to set policy for the Police Department and to conduct disciplinary hearings on charges of police misconduct. Taylor is a former prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and District Attorney’s Office.
