We are excited to welcome our new Taxation Section Chair, Jim, to the team! Jim is a partner in RSM US LLP’s Mergers and Acquisitions tax practice, based in San Francisco. He specializes in providing federal and state tax advisory and transaction services to corporate and private equity clients. Jim is also a longtime member of the BASF Tax Section. Jim holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and a J.D. from Albany Law School. We are thrilled to have his leadership and expertise guiding our Taxation Section.
