After a brief time traveling and working abroad, Dr. Urs Martin Laeuchli is returning to BASF’s Bay Area Mediation Services panel.

Dr. Laeuchli is an international attorney with over twenty years’ experience in ADR. He mediates international commercial, insurance, real estate, family, education, and disabilities cases, among other matters. He also arbitrates international commercial, intellectual property, fraud, financing and bank cases.

He has taught communication, negotiations, law, business, and economics in both the United States and Europe. His many publications cover international and domestic arbitration, real estate trustees, rhetoric, cross-cultural negotiations, economics, the law of psychotherapy, and jurisprudence.

He is admitted to practice law in California, New York and Switzerland and before the United States Supreme Court. We are delighted that Dr. Laeuchli has returned to the States and to our panel.
