The Environmental Law Institute (ELI) recently announced Hanson Bridgett Partner Davina Pujari as a new member of its Leadership Council. Pujari serves as co-chair of her firm’s Environmental & Natural Resources practice group in San Francisco. ELI’s mission is to foster innovative, just, and practical law and policy solutions to enable leaders across borders and sectors to make environmental, economic, and social progress.
AIDS Legal Referral Panel Honors David Tsai
David J. Tsai, Vinson Elkins, was recently honored by the AIDS Legal Referral Panel (ALRP) with its 2017 James C. Hormel Philanthropist Award. Tsai was recognized for his dedication to the organization, including his past board service, personal contributions, work on pro bono immigration matters and other volunteer time. Additionally, he helped secure some of the largest cy pres awards in ALRP’s history.

BASF President Merri Baldwin of Rogers Joseph O’Donnell was named as a “2017 OUTstanding Voice” by the San Francisco Business Times. Baldwin was recognized as a leader paving the way for LGBT equality in the workplace.
