Jeffrey R. Windsor provides efficient, reasonable, results-driven mediation services. As your Mediator, he will listen to the nature of your dispute, your objectives, and help you navigate the clearest path to settlement. He will assist the parties in evaluating their respective positions and in cost-effectively achieving a solution.
Windsor has represented plaintiffs and defendants, including large corporations, startups, governmental entities, small businesses, and individuals, in construction defect, real estate, HOA, commercial contract and lease, personal injury, bad faith, employment, and professional negligence actions. He has mediated and settled disputes in these same areas, and has helped individuals, families, businesses, and boards resolve highly emotional, contentious conflicts thoughtfully, deftly, and with care. Drawing on his skills and experience, he will listen to you, provide individualized attention and counsel, and assist you in efficiently developing creative, effective, lasting solutions to your dispute.
Windsor has litigated, tried, arbitrated and settled cases ranging from multi-party, complex cases to disputes before an action has been filed. He has sat on all sides of the table and is able to succinctly analyze and address parties’ respective strengths and weaknesses.
Windsor trained as a Mediator at Pepperdine University School of Law and UC Hastings College of the Law. He is an alternative dispute resolution panelist, facilitator, and pro tem with several of Northern California’s superior courts and Bar Associations, the State Bar of California, and Dispute Prevention and Resolution of Hawaii.
