With approximately 25 years of litigation experience, Theodora Lee has served as an arbitrator and mediator in many disputes, including such matters as workplace harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, labor disputes, wage and hour matters, Board of Director disputes, personal injury cases and real estate matters.

Service has included pre-litigation processes as well as ADR referrals from cases filed in the courts. Lee serves on the ADR panel for several

Bay Area Superior Courts acting as mediator, arbitrator and complex case evaluator. She also is a Settlement Commissioner for the Alameda County Superior Court.

Lee has been ranked as one of the top Super Lawyers in Northern California in the August 2004 and 2005 issues of San Francisco Magazine. She is an active member of the State Bar of California, Charles Houston Bar Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, Alameda County Bar Association, California Women Lawyers, and American Bar Association.

Lee serves on the Board of Directors of the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, Bay Area Legal Aid and the UNCF Northern California Board. She is a past Member of the Board of Directors of Leadership California and the California Association of Black Lawyers.
