The Barristers Club Nominates Directors for 2021 Board

October 25, 2020, San Francisco—The nominating committee of the Barristers Board of Directors is pleased to announce that four Barristers Club members have been nominated to fill seats on the Barristers Board on January 1, 2021.

Slated to join the board of directors in 2021 are Donovan Bonner, Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass; Nicholas Fram, Munger, Tolles & Olson; Sarah Hoffman, Zacks, Freedman & Patterson; and José L. Martinez, Keker, Van Nest & Peters.

Absent a written challenge to a nomination submitted by November 3, these new Barristers board members will begin their terms on January 1, 2021.

The 2021 board officers are President Jessica Ryland, Postmates; President-Elect Lindsey Mignano, Smith Shapourian Mignano; Treasurer Phong-Chau Nguyen, Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein; and Secretary Courtney Brown, Law Offices of Mary Catherine Wiederhold.

They will be joined by the following continuing members of the Barristers Club board: Sydney Allen, Long & Levit; Rebecca Furman, Lewis & Llewellyn; Ernest Hammond, Twilio; Michael Keough, Steptoe & Johnson; and Cristina Piechocki, Littler Mendelson.

Outgoing members include 2020 President Kelly Matayoshi, Farella Braun + Martel; Nadim Hegazi, Collins Collins Muir + Stewart; Anjali Kulkarni, Duane Morris; Matthew Valdez, San Francisco Giants; and Jamie Wells, McGuireWoods.

The 2021 officers and board members will be installed at the Annual Membership Luncheon on December 8, 2020.
