Anjali Kulkarni of Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney was selected to replace Katie Glynn, on the 2017 Barristers Club Board of Directors.
Glynn took a position at the Washington D.C. office of Lowenstein Sandler.

Farella Braun + Martel’s Mary McCutcheon was recently named President-Elect of the American College of Coverage and Extra-contractual Counsel (ACCEC).
McCutcheon is a founding member of the ACCEC and most recently served as its Secretary-Treasurer.
Bay Area Urban Debate League Honors Member
Chris Hollinger of O’Melveny & Myers was honored at the Bay Area Urban Debate League’s Annual Gala in June. Hollinger was recognized for living the mission of the Bay Area Urban Debate League.
BAUDL is an urban debate program that serves diverse, low-income schools. Its mission is to expand opportunities for Bay Area high school and middle school students to participate in evidence-based debate and to become articulate and informed leaders in their schools and communities.
Jason Galek Appointed to Executive Committee of State Bar Section
Jason Galek, Galek Law, was recently appointed to a three-year term as an Executive Committee Member of the California State Bar Taxation Section, be-ginning after the September State Bar Annual Meeting.
The Taxation Section has approximately 3,000 members and is California’s only statewide tax bar association.
Member Appointed as Judge
Governor Brown recently announced the appointment of S. Raj Chatterjee to a judgeship in Alameda County Superior Court. Chatterjee was previously a partner at Antolin Agarwal & Chatterjee in Walnut Creek.
