The Bar Association of San Francisco welcomes Allan Schwartz to its Bay Area Mediation Services panel. Schwartz’s specialty is small to medium sized cases. His fee structure is commensurate. Schwartz states his prime goal in mediation is to help place a problem in the rear view mirror. He believes that extra measure of mediator effort and tenacity can spell the difference, and every mediation he has conducted for many years has resolved through the mediation process.

Schwartz has represented plaintiffs and defendants fairly equally. He has trained with a variety of providers, in an array of techniques, and is on numerous mediation panels.
