BASF and JDC are excited to welcome Elizabeth McGriff as our new Diversity & Pipeline Programs Manager.

McGriff, a former trial attorney, comes to BASF/JDC from College Track where she served as the Academic Coaching & Enrichment Program Manager and Academic Resource Specialist.

In her new role, she is in charge of the Destination Law School program, Bay Area Minority Law Student Scholarship, Diversity Career Fair, Goals and Timetables for Minority Hiring and Advancement, No Glass Ceiling and the 1L Open Door Job Shadowing Program.
