Simona Agnolucci, BASF 2025 Board Director, was recently listed in the Daily Journal as one of its “Leading Commercial Litigators” for the year. The publication highlights her ongoing success in high-stakes complex litigation and enforcement actions on behalf of some of the world’s leading technology companies. Agnolucci is currently the Co-Managing Partner of Willkie’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Victoria Huang and Jaya Narang Legal Diversity Pathfinders

Congratulations to Victoria Huang and Jaya Narang from Farella Braun + Martel on being selected for the 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders Program. This program aims to address learning gaps and provide support for early career attorneys, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, and to demonstrate strong leadership potential. Victoria represents clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation matters and serves on the firm’s Learning & Development Committee. Jaya, who sits on the BASF Barristers Board of Directors, represents employers from sectors such as technology, financial services, healthcare, and more in single-plaintiff, class, and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act. 

Heather Vigil to Managing Shareholder at Littler  

Littler San Francisco has recently appointed Heather Vigil as office Managing Shareholder in addition to her roles in the Littler Irvine and Portland, Oregon offices. She succeeds Constance Norton who Vigil credits for setting a high standard for leadership for their already exceptional staff of attorneys.
