- year-over-year diversity representation progress
- diversity representation tracking
- meaningful inclusion practices and activities. Firms are also encouraged to commit to implementing at least one “Do Something Hard” action

BASF leaders circle firm Farella Braun + Martel‘s Private Client Industry Group was again recognized in Chambers High Net Worth (HNW) as a leading practice in Private Wealth Law in Northern California along with Family Wealth Partner Mark Weaver.

- 25% of equity partners or, alternatively, 40% of the attorneys becoming equity partners during the past twelve months are women

and at least two of the following four criteria:
- 20% of firm and US branch office heads are women
- 25% of the firm’s primary governance committee are women
- 25% of the firm’s compensation committee or its equivalent are women
- 20% of the top half of the firm’s equity partners in terms of compensation are women

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Perkins Coie were listed on the Best Workplaces for Millennials by Fortune and the Great Place to Work.
To produce the Best Workplaces for Millennials, Fortune partnered with the Great Place to Work® to measure the differences in over 413,000 Millennials’ survey responses to those of other generations and assesses the impact of demographics and roles on the quality and consistency of their experiences. To be considered for the list, companies must be Great Place to Work-Certified™ and have at least 50 Millennial employees in the US. Researchers require statistically significant survey results, review anomalies in responses, news, and financial performance, and investigate any employee reports of company in compliance with strict surveying rules to validate the integrity of the results and findings.
