On April 22, BASF/JDC Interim Executive Director Yolanda Jackson participated on a panel presentation, “Minorities Making a Major Difference.”
The event was organized by Golden Gate University School of Law Black Law Student Association and moderated by Professor Eleanor Lumsden.
Other panelists (pictured below with students) included: Clothide Hewlett, Nossaman; Monique Liburd, Google Inc.; and Dewitt Lacy, Law Office of John Burris.
Panelists discussed the challenges they faced as minorities in the legal profession and creative solutions for increasing diversity in the profession.
