Well over 100 lawyers and law enforcement representatives from throughout the Bay Area attended a two-hour panel discussion organized by BASF’s Criminal Justice Task Force that focused on the important and timely topic of police reform and changing police culture.
Panelists included former Seattle Police Department Chief Norm Stamper, the author of Breaking Rank: A Top Cop’s Exposé of the Dark Side of American Policing and To Protect and Serve: How to Fix America’s Police; San Francisco Police Department Chief William “Bill” Scott; San Francisco District 10 Supervisor Malia Cohen; San Francisco Police Commission Vice President Thomas “Tippy” Mazzucco; and former President of the San Francisco Police Commission Suzy Loftus.
The discussion was moderated by BASF/JDC Executive Director Yolanda Jackson.
