With more than 30 years of experience in forensic psychology and neuropsychology, Dr. Ronald Roberts has worked on more than 3000 forensic cases. He evaluates most all types of psychological and neuropsychological injuries in civil litigation, including brain injuries, post-traumatic stress, toxic exposure, discrimination, mental competencies, pain syndromes, and disabilities. He is also experienced in criminal litigation regarding mens rea issues and criminal responsibility.
Qualified in all local, state and federal courts, Dr. Roberts has given more than 300 depositions and has been qualified in all local State and Federal Courts.
Dr. Roberts earned his Ph.D. in Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in Berkeley, in 1984. He completed his Fellowship in Neuropsychology at the Veterans Administration Hospital in San Francisco in 1983. He became board certified in Forensic Psychology by the American the American Board of Professional Psychology in 1994.
Dr. Roberts also trains attorneys in the Standards of Practice for Psychologists and the process of questioning mental health professionals at deposition and trial.
