JDC Board Member Gonzalo C. Martinez, and BASF member Joshua Klein, among others, were honored with an award from California Attorney General Xavier Becerra for their work on the DACA litigation.  The California Attorney General’s Office, joined by the University of California, individual dreamers, and other plaintiffs, obtained a preliminary injunction blocking rescission of DACA while the underlying case continues.  Martinez and Klein are in the Office of the Solicitor General in the California Department of Justice.
