The Annual Gala is our largest fundraising event each fall, sponsored by law firms, corporations and individuals. More than 500 people attended the 2012 Gala in the beautiful and historic Bentley Reserve Building in San Francisco’s Financial District.

The 2012 Gala raised money to benefit:

• The many projects and programs of the Volunteer Legal Services Program (VLSP), which serves 7,500 low-income clients each year including those who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness
• School-to-College, which provides mentoring and practical help with the college application process, including college tours and SAT scholarships, to under-served high school students at all grade levels
• The Bay Area Minority Law Student Scholarship Program, which has awarded more than $1 million in scholarships in the past decade
