BASF's Solo & Small Firm Section invites you to join us for its 4th Annual Conference.

Mark your calendars for the 2020 Conference! Past annual conferences were a rousing success with insightful keynote speakers, lively panel discussions, and more than 100+ attendees. A range of MCLE topics were covered at past conferences, from technology and practice management to rainmaking and networking. The 2020 conference will offer new MCLE programs and opportunities for solo and small firm attorneys to build and connect with each other. Don't miss out - save the date!

Jim Wagstaffe, Wagstaffe, von Loewenfeldt, Busch & Radwick LLP
James (Jim) M. Wagstaffe, partner and co-founder of Wagstaffe, von Loewenfeldt, Busch & Radwick LLP, handles a diverse range of litigation matters and also leads the firmâ€ÿs successful Federal Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex litigation, professional and governmental representation, will and trust disputes, legal ethics, and First Amendment matters. Jim is also the author of The Wagstaffe Group Practice Guide: Federal Civil Procedure Before Trial, published by Lexis Nexis. In addition, Jim is recognized as an authority and frequently is consulted by other law firms and clients alike on complicated civil procedure, attorneys' fees and trial practice issues.
